Now a community staple for over 30 years, we have always been a family-owned business. Landvision Designs was born from the shared passion of owners Tracy and Crystal Sides, who first met during their studies at NC State University. Their love of nature, knowledge of local flora, and complimentary skills inspired them to start their own business in Raleigh.

With the encouragement of Homewood Nursery, where Crystal worked during college, the business began with small landscaping jobs that quickly earned positive feedback. This success led to becoming a full-service landscape architecture firm, backed by a team of the finest craftsmen and designers in the country. Landvision Designs is a company which proudly thrives on strong family values and roots in the community.
