Three levels carved out of one slope, each with its own use.

The deck holds the level at the back door, a terrace steps down from it, and the patio at the bottom opens onto the lawn. The changes in grade are held by walls rather than banks, so no space is lost to the slope.

Designed and built by Landvision Designs for a home in the Raleigh area. The same team manages every project from the initial concept through construction and the final walkthrough.
